Nargila Shop was established in 2007 in Belgrade as part of the company EL NIL COMPANY d.o.o, which is involved in the import and sale of hookahs, charcoal, flavors, and fruit-flavored tobacco for hookahs.

In early 2015, a separate company, YALA HABIBI d.o.o., was spun off from EL NIL COMPANY d.o.o. in Belgrade.

Over time, all operations related to the import and sale of products were transferred to YALA HABIBI d.o.o., which has become the authorized representative of a large number of the world's most renowned brands of hookah tobacco and flavors, hookahs, accessories, and charcoal for hookahs.
