We strive to be as precise as possible in the product description and image display, but we can not guarantee that all information is complete and error-free. All items displayed on the site are part of our offer and do not imply that they are available at all times. Product prices

All prices listed on the site are final on the day of the order and include VAT. All prices are given in dinars without shipping costs. After concluding the order on the site, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. This email contains your information, which you left when ordering.

Payment Methods and Terms and Conditions of Purchase

LLC for retail trade Yala Habibi d.o.o. informs its customers of the following::

  • That the sale of goods through nargilahopbeograd.rs website has been approved for business registration by APR (Serbian Business Registers Agency).

  • That the delivery fee is paid to the courier when the parcel is delivered and that the prices of services are defined on the website www.bex.rs/cenovnikusluga.php.

  • That the purchase of goods with special price benefits or price incentives is performed in accordance with the conditions specified on the nargilahopbeograd.rs website (online store);
  • That when purchasing online from Yala Habibi d.o.o. on its website nargilahopbeograd.rs (online store), the customer can pay by a payment card via the e-Banking form on the website or by a direct payment to our account with the payment slip we are going to send by e-mail (to the address the customer specified when submitting the order) within two working days.
  • That the deadline for paying directly to our account (with the e-mailed payment slip) is 48 hours.
  • That the customer has the right to replace the delivered item, if the item is damaged or incomplete, in the manner defined in the Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation) section.
  • That in the case when a customer does not want to keep the item they ordered and received, they have the right to cancel the contract and get a refund within the 14 days of the receipt date, in the manner defined in the Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation) section.

  • That for the goods ordered online on the nargilahopbeograd.rs website (online store), the customer has the right to file a complaint on a product they have used in the manner defined in the Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation) section.

Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation)

The products sold by Yala Habibi d.o.o. online are accompanied by all necessary legally binding documents. If you are concerned about the quality of any product you have purchased, you can file a complaint to Yala Habibi d.o.o. and we will fulfill all legally binding obligations that apply to the seller, in the same way that physical retail stores do it.

1)

  • All delivered products should be checked upon reception. If they are defective or incomplete (parts are missing), the problem must be recorded and reported to the courier right away.
  • If you suspect any irregularities with the shipment, report your suspicions immediately!
  • If the courier is not able to wait for the package to be checked, the deadline for complaints is 14 days.
  • If the courier delivers you a damaged parcel, you do not have to accept it.
  • If you notice any damage when you open the package after the courier has left, you are obligated to report it by filing a complaint within 24 hours, otherwise the complaint will not be accepted.

  • If the product you ordered was damaged during transportation, it is necessary to contact the courier service that delivered the product within 24 hours to report it. After that, you should also notify Yala Habibi d.o.o. by phone at +381 60 3747 222.

3)

  • You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery and receipt.
  • You can return the goods by express mail.
  • The buyer can return the goods only with the fiscal INVOICE, written statement with the REASON for a product RETURN, and filled in cancellation form (Purchase Withdrawal).
  • The seller (merchant) is obligated to accept the complaint and to refund the money if the goods are not damaged and the value of the products has not been reduced in any other way.
  • The information and documentation for withdrawal/cancellation should be submitted to order@nargilashopbeograd.rs. The form for unilateral termination of the contract must be filled in.
  • The form can be found on the nargilahopbeograd.rs website. When returning the goods, the shipping cost (a courier service fee) is at the expense of the buyer.

Delivery of Goods and Possible Restrictions

Poručenu robu isporučujemo u roku od 4 – 6 radnih dana u zavisnosti od kurirske službe Bexekspress na način na koji je definisano na stranicama kurirske službe. Ne dostavljamo staklene posude za nargile.

The goods come in the manufacturer's original packaging and are safely packed by our employees. The courier service that we use to deliver our products is Bexexpress. We deliver the ordered goods within 4 - 6 working days, depending on the courier service Bexexpress, in the manner defined on Bexexpress website. Please note that we do not deliver bowls/bottles for hookahs.

The merchant is obligated to keep it for at least 120 days from the day of delivery. In the case of a complaint about the transaction, the merchant must submit proof to the bank.
  • The invoice form must contain the following: information about the user (name and surname, address, personal ID or passport number, and signature), purchase order data (list price, unit price, total price, and VAT), and the unique purchase order number assigned by the merchant.
