We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and free of errors.
All items displayed on the website are part of our product range, but this does not guarantee their availability at all times.

Product prices

All prices listed on the website are final on the date of the order and include VAT. Prices are displayed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and do not include shipping costs.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details you provided during the ordering process.

Payment Methods and Terms and Conditions of Purchase

LLC for Retail Trade Yala Habibi d.o.o. informs its customers of the following:

  • The sale of goods through the nargilashopbeograd.rs website has been approved and registered with the APR (Serbian Business Registers Agency).
  • The email address for customer complaints is: order@nargilashopbeograd.rs
  • Basic product features and information can be found on the nargilashopbeograd.rs website.
  • The selling price of each product is clearly indicated and includes VAT.
  • The cost of delivery is not included in the product price and is borne by the buyer.
  • Ordered goods will be delivered within 4–6 working days, depending on the Bex Express courier service and in accordance with its business policies.
  • The delivery fee is paid directly to the courier upon delivery. The service prices are defined on the Bex Express website: https://bexexpress.rs/cenovnik 
  • The purchase of goods offered with special price benefits or promotional discounts is carried out in accordance with the terms specified on the nargilashopbeograd.rs website (online store).
  • When purchasing online from Yala Habibi d.o.o. through the nargilashopbeograd.rs website, customers may pay by payment card via the e-Banking form on the website, or by direct payment to our account using a payment slip that will be sent by email to the address provided in the order form, within two working days.
  • The payment deadline for direct account transfers (using the emailed payment slip) is 48 hours.
  • The customer has the right to request a replacement for a delivered item if the item is damaged or incomplete, in accordance with the procedure defined in the Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation) section.
  • That if a customer does not want to keep the item they ordered and received, they have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund within 14 days from the receipt date, in the manner defined in the Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation) section.

  • For goods ordered online through the nargilashopbeograd.rs website (online store), the customer has the right to file a complaint regarding a product they have used, following the procedure defined in the Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation) section.

Complaints and Purchase Withdrawal (Contract Cancellation)

The products sold online by Yala Habibi d.o.o. come with all the legally required documentation. If you have any concerns about the quality of a product you purchased, you can file a complaint to Yala Habibi d.o.o., and we will fulfill all legal obligations applicable to the seller, in the same way as physical retail stores do.

  • All delivered products must be checked upon receipt. If any items are defective or incomplete (missing parts), the issue must be noted and reported to the courier immediately.
  • If you suspect any irregularities with the shipment, please report them right away!
  • If the courier is unable to wait while you check the package, the deadline for submitting a complaint is 14 days.
  • If the courier delivers a damaged parcel, you are not obligated to accept it.
  • If you notice any damage after opening the package once the courier has left, you must file a complaint within 24 hours. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  • If the product you ordered was damaged during transportation, you must contact the courier service that delivered the package within 24 hours to report the damage. After that, please also notify Yala Habibi d.o.o. by phone at +381 60 3747 222.

  • You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery and receipt.
  • Goods can be returned by express mail.
  • The buyer can return the goods only with the fiscal invoice, a written statement specifying the reason for the product return, and a completed cancellation form (Purchase Withdrawal).
  • The seller (merchant) is obligated to accept the complaint and issue a refund if the goods are not damaged and the value of the products has not been reduced in any other way.
  • All information and documentation for withdrawal/cancellation should be submitted to order@nargilashopbeograd.rs. The unilateral contract termination form must be filled out.
  • The form can be found on the nargilashopbeograd.rs website. When returning goods, the shipping cost (courier service fee) is borne by the buyer.

Delivery of Goods and Possible Restrictions

The goods are delivered in the manufacturer’s original packaging and are securely packed by our staff.
Deliveries are handled by the Bex Express courier service.

We deliver ordered items within 4 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery terms defined by Bex Express and available on their official website.

Please note: We do not deliver glass bases/bowls for hookahs.

Refund policy

The bank will then refund the amount to the client’s card account.
  • Refunds can only be made to adults.
  • Refunds can only be made if the invoice is attached to the returned goods.
  • Returns will be accepted only after the goods subject to the refund have been examined.
  • The merchant is obligated to provide proof of delivery of goods and/or services (i.e., an invoice) as confirmation that an item or service was purchased. The merchant must keep this proof for at least 120 days from the date of delivery. In the event of a transaction dispute, the merchant must submit this proof to the bank.
  • The invoice form must include the following: customer information (name and surname, address, personal ID or passport number, and signature); purchase order details (list price, unit price, total price, and VAT); and the unique purchase order number assigned by the merchant.
